Beyond Tankless is a small, family-owned business based in Nassau County, Florida. We chose to specialize in tankless water heaters because most plumbers treat it as a side job — we treat it as the job.
Beyond Tankless started for the same reason a lot of small trade businesses start — we saw work being done badly, by people who didn't care, and we knew we could do it better. Florida's hard water and salt-air conditions are tough on tankless systems, and most plumbers don't flush them, don't diagnose error codes, and don't install them with the isolation valves you need to service them later.
We focus exclusively on tankless. Installation, annual flushing and descaling, repair work, and full tank-to-tankless conversions. We're Rinnai PRO Certified — the highest technician credential Rinnai offers — which means we can do warranty work, get manufacturer support, and stay current on every new model that ships. We also hold a Florida Master Gas License (#LI45230), so the gas side of every install and conversion is done to code by a licensed professional.
